Questions

Does compressing a video lose quality?

Yes, some. Compress Video re-encodes the video, so a smaller file means some loss; High keeps the most. In the app: “An already efficient video may not get smaller.”

Is the original video kept?

Yes. Vauli exports a compressed copy and leaves the original alone. It doesn’t need permission to read your photo library.

What’s the largest video Vauli can compress?

Up to two hours and 10 GB per video.
